Edith Pike-Biegunska graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University in 2001. She received her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 2008. Ms. Pike-Biegunska regularly participates in conferences and roundtables on energy and climate in the US and abroad. She has written and advised on the role of federal legislative reform in meeting Russia’s energy efficiency potential, and continues to actively promote clean energy policies in the U.S. and Europe.
