Sergei Sitnikov

Mr. Sitnikov graduated from the law faculty of Moscow State University (with honors) in 2003. He received his Ph.D from Moscow State University in 2007. Sergei Sitnkov has been a visiting professor at Moscow State Institute (University) of International Relations since 2007. Mr. Sitnikov regularly participates in Russian and international conferences and roundtables on implementation of the Kyoto Protocol and development of energy saving projects. Sergei Sitnikov has written numerous articles on various issues of implementing energy efficiency mechanisms in Russia in Russian and international newspapers and journals.
